We can easily be carried away by personal achievements that we fail to see the relevance of others in our lives. Sometimes, wealth can turn to be a curse that conditions us to focus only on ourselves to the extent that we consider selfishness as a way of life. In the little we have, we can see how selfish or generous we shall be when blessed with abundance. If we are not generous with little things because we feel we have very little; it will be difficult to be generous with anything because nothing would be enough for us. Our life is not secured by what we have in case we are thinking we would starve when we share. Actually, our security lies in sharing because when we share, we build treasures for ourselves in heaven.
