God still rains down bread in the wilderness

The wilderness represents a place of dryness and difficulty. The Israelites, in the first reading, were in both a physical wilderness and spiritual one. They experienced hunger and thirst but when they cried to God, through Moses, God provided for them where they did not expect (manna from heaven). Your own wilderness may be your health condition, an unpleasant partner, a difficult work situation, the loss of your loved one, the deterioration of the love in your marriage, spiritual or financial dryness, etc. No matter the situation, be assured that God still rains down bread in the wilderness. The wilderness is a place to look up to God. Psalm 121:1-2 says: “I lift up my eyes to the mountains, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven, and earth.” Hold on and look up to God.
